What should my child bring to Elevation Tennis programs?
Players need only bring a racquet – Elevation provides all balls and specialty equipment.
Players should bring their own water – and plenty of it. Elevation carefully monitors for signs of heat exposure/exhaustion and dehydration. And don’t forget the sun block! For the full day sessions players should also bring a light snack to keep energy levels high.
What should my child wear to Elevation Tennis programs?
Tennis specific clothing is not required, but your child should dress to be both active and comfortable. Athletic footwear is required, and we recommend tennis shoes or cross-trainers for the Mighty Juniors and Heavy Hitters divisions.
We ask our players to dress to prevent heat exhaustion (light colors and hats are a plus).
What do we do if it’s inclement weather?
Elevation instructors will not cancel sessions due to rain showers, but in the event of heavy storms, lighting or other we will contact you via your preferred method in advance of the session, with best-efforts made to provide you sufficient notice for you to adjust your schedule accordingly. Also check the Announcements section of www.ElevationTennis.com or call us directly at [New Toll Free Number].
Does Elevation offer multiple-child discounts?
Because our programs are already priced as low as possible to best fit your budget, we cannot offer additional discounts.
My child has no tennis experience – are Elevation Tennis programs appropriate for him/her?
At Elevation we put each the needs of our students first – we offer a range of levels, grouped first by age and then by skill/experience level. We will make sure to best fit your child to the appropriate division and ensure them a positive, supportive and educational experience.
Are the programs co-ed?
Yes, unless otherwise stated by the individual program.
Participation & Refunds
What if my child misses a session?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide make-up sessions without prior approval before the session is missed. One of the greatest benefits of Elevation Tennis programs is the intimate feel of moderate class sizes – we do not want to compromise our players’ experience with and over-booked session.
Can I receive a refund?
Refunds will only be issued in the case of a medical situation. Documentation from a doctor is required.
If a child is not willing to participate in the classes, a credit voucher will be issued. The voucher is non-transferable. Credit vouchers must be requested no later than 48 hours after the second class. A class will count if at least 30 minutes of the class is completed.
